Home and hotel doctor visits are available 24/7 by phone across central London. If you can't or shouldn't travel — too unwell, can't leave a sleeping child, stuck in a hotel, away from your usual GP, or it's the middle of the night — call reception to discuss a visit.
Visits include a full GP consultation, any equipment-feasible on-site treatment, a private prescription if needed, and a written summary by email. Reception will confirm availability, the estimated arrival time, and the practical details for the visit before you commit.
Most commonly used by hotel guests with sudden illness, busy executives, parents with sick kids, elderly patients, and anyone too unwell to travel.
